Working With Dexterior Design for Timber Tech Decking Installation in Ohio

If you’re considering having a new deck installed on your property, there’s some research that goes into this process. There are several kinds of decking material to choose from, each with their own set of pros and cons. You’ll also want to ensure that you’re working with a knowledgeable and experienced team that can do the work for you. This will ensure a safe installation that will last you for many years to come.

Timber tech Decking

The team at Dexterior Design often uses Timber tech decking for their projects. This is a decking option made from PVC and composite materials that will withstand the elements with ease. In the areas of Holmes, Knox, Richland, Licking, and Delaware Counties, inclement weather is common. Timber tech decking holds up well to the harmful UV rays from the sun, extreme temperature fluctuations, freezing temperatures, and more.

There is very minimal maintenance necessary when you have a Timber tech deck surface. Unlike wood surfaces, you don’t have to worry about staining or sealing your deck every few years. You will just want to sweep off any debris that collects on the surface of your deck periodically. Washing the surface with a hose and some soapy water will suffice for spring cleaning each year.

You can expect your Timber tech deck to last approximately 25 years or more if you take care of it properly. This is a material that will look beautiful for years to come, thanks to its ability to resist fading, staining, and warping. There is even a limited warranty that the manufacturer provides, standing behind the quality of their materials.

The Installation Process

The process of building a Timber tech deck is straightforward if you’re working with a professional team that has experience with this kind of material. The final product is a very strong structure that will add value and ambiance to your home. Not to mention, this is a very sustainable product that helps protect our planet.
